Video to DVD - Send us your videotapes and even those pictures you have taped in an old photo album and we will create a professional looking DVD. This is a great way to prevent accidental erasure or damage to your precious memories. Price for each tape is $25 plus shipping, handling and taxes. Included in this cost we will scan up to 5 of your photos to include in the DVD. Pricing assumes 120 minutes of video or less. Commemorative/Recruiting DVD - Send us about 20 pictures along with your choice for a song and we will create a professional looking Commemorative DVD. This is a great way to honor a departed friend or relative or celebrate a special event. Price for each DVD is $225 plus shipping, handling and taxes. Please add $50 if you can’t send the pictures electronically and we will scan the original prints. For those looking at colleges we can add videos for an additional $25 per tape to make you shine above others.

Guide To Selecting Colleges - Let us know your academic interests, geographic locations you might be interested in, size and type of school, your current test scores and we will generate a potential list of colleges that match. We can then refine the list and help decide the schools to apply to that best match your potential. Initial list is $75 and working that list with you to pick the ones to apply to will add $200 making the total $275. College Sports Recruiting - The NCAA has many rules related to recruiting including who may help during the process and what functions they can perform. We will assist in creating your roadmap. This service is best when used in conjunction with our Recruiting DVD service and our LicationSM on recruiting. This roadmap creation service cost of $125 is in addition to the DVD service and the LicationSM or you can purchase this service with the Recruiting DVD service, including the video, and get the LicationSM for FREE with a total cost of $375. Vital Information Review - We will review important information with you including financial records, savings and checking accounts locations and numbers, health care proxy forms, DNR requests, Living Will decisions, life insurance, your will and executor along with any other vital records.
Organizing these items before you need them is an invaluable asset to your family. This review can be done in person or via email or telephone - either way all the information will be in your hands in hard copy format. End Of Life Issues Doula - Did you or someone close to you get some serious health news? There is so much to make sure of and once you hear the awful news from your doctor, the rest is just a low buzz in your ears.
You need someone to help sort out what is being said and to provide a sanity check. You plan for everything else, why not this. There are many issues to deal with and we will work with you and be on the phone, email or if you want, actually be there with you. This is not a 
Hospice solution, they do provide great services, but we are much broader and can guide you with life insurance issues, health care proxy information, power of attorney, 401K issues, navigating the pre- and post-event and much much more.
At the present time these services are probably not covered by medical insurance plans but the potential cost of doing nothing is much greater. As you can imagine, this is a very personalized service ranging from phone calls to doctor’s appointments to hospital visits and up until the final moment. There are three levels of this service.
The first we call “Remote Doula” which gives you telephone and email access to one of our eLifeCoaches for support during tough times. They will be there to listen to your needs and guide you through the journey. eLifeCoaches are not doctors so they cannot give you medical advice but they will be there to talk when you need them. The second we call “Visiting Doula” in which an eLifeCoach will join you during your doctor’s appointments to be the second set of ears for those things that become a buzz in your ears. This service is location sensitive but if available in your area the cost is $500 per appointment plus travel expenses. Email us the location, days and times and nature of your appointment.

The third we call “Onsite Doula” in which an eLifeCoach will be with you and your family until the final moment. We will work alongside your doctor or hospice nurse to keep your family informed about the process and help them start the final arrangements. This service has an undetermined length so we set a daily rate of $650 per day plus travel expenses if it is available in your area.
